Ms. Brunner has more than 25 years of finance and global business experience. Over her career she has amassed a broad range of experience in structured finance. Ms. Brunner has completed more than $3 billion in transactions across government debt, structured
finance, real estate, and start-up opportunities.

As CEO and Founder of EB5 Capital, she has used the EB-5 investor visa to build almost $4 billion in real estate development in the United States, creating more than 35,000 jobs with almost $800 million in capital from international investors. EB5 Capital stewards clients from more than 70 countries.

Ms. Brunner is an avid early-stage investor in global startups. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Brown University and a Master of Public Affairs from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

Ms. Brunner is an Independent Director of Cushman & Wakefield (CWK), a global real estate services company with operations in 60 countries and more than 50,000 employees. Ms. Brunner is a member of both Audit and Nominations and Governance committees.

She serves as an elected Trustee for Brown University.Ms. Brunner is a frequent public speaker on global real estate, women in business, entrepreneurship, impact investing, and corporate responsibility.

She lives between the United States and the United Kingdom.
